To confirm an appointment I ask for a deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the price of your final session. I will send you the instructions for the deposit by email. Deposits will not be refunded.

If you want to cancel your appointment, you can do this until 3 days (72 hours) in advance. If you cancel after this, your deposit will be withheld and you'll have to pay a new one for an appointment. When you cancel, your deposit will remain valid in the system for a year in case you want to make a new appointment. After that it becomes invalid. Due to COVID-19 all deposits from 2020 until the end of 2022 will remain valid until the end of 2023.

The design will not be sent to you beforehand. You can see it on the day of the appointment and if small changes need to be made I can do that on the spot.

If the design has to be redrawn completely I will do that, but then I will keep your deposit to compensate for the time and effort I have put into the first drawing. You will need to transfer a second deposit for the new design.

If you’re running a bit late on the day of your appointment, send me a message to let me know. If you’re over 30 minutes late and I haven’t received a message, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit withheld.

Please do not consume any alcohol within 24 hours before your appointment. This thins out your blood, which will make the tattooing process a lot more difficult for both of us.

Please do not use numbing cream on the area you're about to get tattooed without consulting me about this at least a week before the appointment. If this condition is not met I have the right to refuse service and you will lose your deposit.

Please wear appropriate (black) clothing to your appointment. I ask for black specifically because sometimes there will be ink stains and they are impossible to wash out. Also consider the placement of your tattoo and try to wear something that makes this area easy for me to access, while keeping the rest of your body nice and warm during the session.

If you have a medical condition, I strongly recommend seeing your doctor first so you’re well informed about any possible risks.

Please make sure you’ve eaten a full meal within 2 hours before your appointment.
